I Love Coffee (And Possibly a Little Sleep)

Life is absolutely hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be difficult to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I deeply love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're hustling through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly stressed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No condemnation here – we all have our habits/guilty pleasures. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.
